1. Where are you from?
Right here. I left for awhile but I keep finding myself gravitating back.
2. What is your favorite thing to do in the entire world?
Expose people to new music in creative ways.
3. What do you do in your spare time?
Discover new music, find interesting things to do, go to concerts and theme parks are always fun.
4.What is your biggest pet peeve?
People complaining about their life and not taking initiative to change it.
5.What is the best thing about your job?
I get work in an industry I love.
6. What’s the greatest thing you’ve ever done as a DJ?
That's yet to come baby.
7. What is your most memorable interview?
Bucket from the Toasters or the recent Corrosion of Conformity interview. Both were hillarious.
8.What celebrity would you like to meet?
I've surprisingly met a lot of people... hanging out with Chuck D again would be sweet... times 10.
Other than that... I would like to meet John Stewart. That would be funny.
9. Who is your biggest influence?
I have many airchecks from the 70s. Bill "Rosco" Mercer was a Disc Jockey on the free form NYC
radio station, WNEW-FM. Also, Denis McNamara is awesome. Here... Kaytie, Jeff, Dave and
everyone else has taught me a hell of a lot.
10. What tips would you give someone who wants to be a DJ?
Get as much experience as possible and learn the history of the industry (past what they teach you
in school).
